Ian Shaw - Best Vocalist
Ian Shaw has picked up the prize for Best Vocalist in the 2007 BBC Jazz Awards, held at London's Mermaid Theatre last night.
The St Asaph-born singer previously won the category in 2004, while another previous Welsh winner, pianist Gwilym Simcock, was pipped to the prize for Best Instrumentalist by Julian Siegel.
