Burum on tour

Contemporary jazz interpretations of traditional Welsh folk tunes can be heard in a forthcoming tour by the sextet Burum.

Led by trumpeter Tomos Williams, the group also features Ceri Rhys Matthews on Welsh bagpipes, Daniel Williams on tenor sax, Dave Jones on piano, Chris O'Connor on bass and Mark O'Connor on drums.

They'll be performing numbers from their album Alawon at the following venues:
